Q: Which countries we can ship our products to?
A: We have 3 warehouses: CA (US) & IL (US) & DE.
We can ship products to U.S. mainland states (except for AK, AE, Puerto Rico, Hawaii), and only ship products to addresses located in EU countries.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: Free shipping when order value is above $50. (ship to USA, EU).
$15 shipping fee will be charged when order value is below $50 (ship to USA, EU).
Free shipping when order value is above $150. (ship to Canada).
$30 shipping fee will be charged when order value is below $150 (ship to Canada)
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: The order processing time is 2 to 3 business days. Orders only shipped to USA mainland & EU. The delivery time depends on your location:
- Shipping to the USA: 5 to 7 business days (to the Western U.S.), 5 to 7 business days (to the Eastern U.S.), or 5 to 7 business days (to the Central U.S.)
- Shipping to the EU: 5 to 7 business days (to the continental EU) or 5 to 10 business days (to the EU islands)
- Shipping to the Canada: 5 to 7 business days
Q: How can I track my order?
A: As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Ukutune account, or by clicking the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for tracking number to activate.
